Discover Wisconsin 20th Anniversary Section
Back in 1987, Dick Rose realized a dream. His television series, Discover Wisconsin was first broadcast. Inspired by this success, Dick continued to work tirelessly to take his dream to the next level, steadfast in the belief that it would one day evolve into much more. Dick passed away in 1994, but his children have carried on the business, and now son Mark is the owner of Discover Mediaworks, Inc, the company that produces Discover Wisconsin Television and Radio, among other programs.
Twenty years later, Discover Wisconsin is thriving, and we're proud to bring you great programs about all of our favorite things to see, do, and eat here in Wisconsin.
And we're celebrating all year long! Over the next ten months, keep an eye on our special 2007 Anniversary Drive-to Destinations getaway packages to great destinations across the state being given away each month!
And thank you for helping to make Discover Wisconsin as successful as it has been in the last twenty years. We're glad you can celebrate with us! Discover Wisconsin will be airing special 20th Anniversary Specials in 2007, featuring special 20th Anniversary Destinations. These episodes will be broadcast commercial free on the following dates:
