The Ice Age Trail through Rusk County will leave you wondering what the geography looked like after the glaciers receded from Wisconsin. While there are plenty of towns nearby, the terrain along the trail takes you to another place and time. Rusk County is known for its parks, campsites, trails and of course fishing and boating. Not far from the trail is a sight you don’t want to miss. The Blue Hills Felsenmeer, valleys of rock left by the glaciers. And don’t forget your GPS when visiting Rusk County.
