The St. Croix Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is another tribe whose land is spread out over an area of northwest Wisconsin. It includes the towns of Danbury, Big Sand Lake and Round Lake just to name a few. Sign up for one of their cultural tours and you will learn why, at one time in history, the St. Croix tribe was known as “The Lost Tribe”. The new St. Croix Gaming casino-hotel complex in Danbury has all the modern amenities or you can camp along the Yellow River and enjoy the outdoors. The history, the beautiful outdoors and the fun will bring you back to the lands of the St. Croix Chippewa time and time again.
