There are over a half million acres of land to discover in the eleven sovereign nations in Wisconsin, we’re even heading out onto the largest of the Great Lakes to see how the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa got their name. We’ll also visit the biggest Pow Wow in North America for more about the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Ojibwe, and we’ll learn how Wisconsin’s tribal lands are being preserved and restored to ensure the future of the resources.
