Camping in Marinette County
Marinette County operates eleven scenic "day parks" with six of them offering well-kept, beautifully wooded campgrounds. Come hike, picnic, whitewater raft, fish, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Camping is available on a first come, first served basis at all Marinette County campgrounds. Reservable campsites are available at Morgan Park and Twin Bridges Park.

Porterfield Country Music Festival

ATV or Snowmobile? Why choose, Marinette County welcomes both!
While some areas of the state like to cater to one or the other, Marinette County openly welcomes both ATVers and Snowmobilers to come take advantage of great trail systems for both. Marinette County is blessed with a whole army of volunteers organized in clubs which maintain hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails everywhere in the county and when it comes to ATV accommodations, the County Parks Department opened the first All Terrain Vehicle Campground in Marinette County at McClintock Park. And with the recent seven-mile trail addition near McClintock and 38 miles near Pembine, the Homestead Trail offers breathtaking vistas, sharp curves, steep hills and over 200 miles of ATV excitement!
