Tomah, WI
DW Destination
Tomah is cranberry country. Tomah is where the “I” divides – it's located midway between the twin cities and Milwaukee, where I-90 and I-94 splits. But Tomah is much more than a rest stop destination. Home to native-son Frank King, the creator of the comic strip “Gasoline Alley,” and about 8,500 residents, Tomah has small town charm with plenty of shopping - including Amish, cranberry, and antique items. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities, festivals, driving tours, and quaint restaurants to explore. With more than 600 hotel rooms, Tomah has a variety of year-round activities for all kinds of family fun.
