The Paper Cities Kennel Club will be holding its annual AKC licensed All-Breed Dog Shows and Obedience/Rally Trials from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The public is invited to attend. Admission is $3.00, with children under 12 free if accompanied by an adult. No strollers are allowed. This year’s dog shows will showcase over 100 different breeds recognized by the American Kennel Club. Approximately 450 dogs are entered, and they come from all over the country to compete in the weekend events, which include Conformation, Obedience, and Rally Obedience. A large raffle will be held on Saturday, open to exhibitors, spectators and the public. Vendors offering a variety of pet-related products will also be present in the atrium outside the show area, and an admission fee is not required to visit the vendors. Spectators will enjoy watching the dog show in our beautiful venue—the Central Wisconsin Convention + Expo Center, and exhibitors will appreciate the abundance of amenities in the area. Not only is the show a fun activity for families, but it is the perfect place to talk to breed experts about topics such as training, grooming, and the right breed for your lifestyle. An AKC dog show is also a great place to start your search for a responsible breeder.
