Each year, the Menominee Nation marks the return of the Sturgeon to their historical spawning grounds at Keshena Falls located on the majestic Wolf River, Keshena, WI. The Annual Sturgeon Feast and Pow-wow Celebration takes place at the Menominee Indian High School each year. This event is open to the public. Each year, guests are able to witness the revival of many symbolic dances that detail the journey of the sturgeon and importance of this prehistoric clan to the survival of the Menominee Nation.
