The Sheboygan Jaycees present Johnsonville Brat Days is the traditional king of Sheboygan’s summer festivals. It is one of the largest fundraising projects run by the Sheboygan Jaycees and event proceeds benefit local charities. This annual event began in 1953 and pays homage to a grand culinary legend – the bratwurst. Sample the bratwurst in many ways: brat taco, brat pizza, brat egg rolls, brat jambalaya, corndog brats and of course the traditional double brat. Enjoy a variety of free entertainment on three stages, with national entertainment on the main stage. Saturday features activities that are fun for the whole family including the Brat Trot run, a huge parade, the brat eating contest, a petting zoo, and carnival rides.
