Show water skiing has been called the most entertaining discipline in the sport of water skiing. It is fast-moving, exciting, graceful, and most of all, fun to watch. Virtually all aspects of show water skiing – including barefooting, jumping, slalom, tricks, doubles, and swivel – are choreographed into one grand performance. The 42nd Division I National Water Ski Show Championships gives the best amateur show ski clubs in the country – including Janesville’s own Rock Aqua Jays – a chance to compete for the coveted national title. Teams will be judged in several areas including Ballet Line, Pyramids, Doubles, and others. Concessions available.
Individual event competition begins on Friday, August 12 at 10am. Team competition begins Saturday, August 13 at 7:30am, and continues on Sunday at 7:30am.
