Enjoy a multi-course dining experience led by Chef Josh this Valentine’s weekend at MOTOR Bar & Restaurant. This dinner will satisfy all of your desires—as long as your desires include locally crafted beers, fine spirits and savory fare. Each course will be expertly paired with a variety of Lakefront brews and Central Standard cocktails. Reservations are $59.95 and include an H-D Museum ticket. Bacon-Wrapped Pork Pops: pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with Jalapeño pepper and apple
Shrimpcargot: broiled shrimp stuffed inside button mushrooms with toasted mozzarella cheese
First Course: Smoked ham and cheese croquettes served over made-from-scratch honey-bourbon mustard
Second Course: Couscous salad with pomegranate seeds, fresh mint and basil, lemon zest, candied almonds and basil vinaigrette
Third Course: Slow-smoked prime over mustard potatoes, served with au jus and horseradish sauce
Fourth Course: Mexican molten lava cake with strawberry-lime coulis
