Pagel’s Ponderosa Episode
This week Discover Wisconsin is taking the farm-to-table movement full circle starting with Wisconsin’s largest family owned dairy farm, Pagel’s Ponderosa. Mariah and Eric become honorary farm hands for the day, attempting to keep up with the Pagels’ 72-cow rotary milking parlor before splitting up to tackle a few more chores on the farm. Just when the duo thought their work was done, Mariah and Eric lend a hand at the Ponderosa’s onsite cheese-making facility and stop in at Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese in Luxemburg. Finally, they enjoy the fruits of their labor at The Cannery Public Market in Green Bay!
