Wisconsin takes pride in preserving its beauty with the help of land conservancies and events such as Wisconsin Land Trust Days. Through the helpful promotion of Gathering Waters, land trusts throughout the state use these events to show off their prized piece of Wisconsin land, water, wildlife and way of life.

Gathering Waters is Wisconsin’s Alliance for Land Trusts and exists to strengthen over 40 land trusts throughout the state through outreach, education and communications. With a mission rooted in helping land trusts, landowners, and communities protect the places that make Wisconsin special, their promotion of Wisconsin Land Trust Days became an integral part of their story. Every year, during the months of August and September, Wisconsin land trusts throughout the state host a variety of interactive, outdoor events and activities known as Wisconsin Land Trust Days.
