Let’s first talk a little bit more about what the Wisconsin Cheese Masters is and how it became what it is today. As mentioned before, the Wisconsin Cheese Masters is home to some of the best and most exclusive cheese selections in the world! So what is it that makes Wisconsin Cheese Masters different from other cheese stops in Wisconsin? The cheeses they are proud to sell are not cheeses you can find anywhere. They are cheeses that are made using ancient techniques with a load of effort and are extremely hard to find!
Now, you may be thinking that because of the selective cheese choices that there may not be a huge array… At Wisconsin Cheese Masters you can expect to find over 600 varieties of cheeses to choose from. Are you hungry yet? You can visit Wisconsin Cheese Masters in Egg Harbor at their store in beautiful Door County! This is a must-see stop that you won’t regret making. Adopt a Cow

We know by now that Wisconsin is the Dairy State. But why is that? Wisconsin has always been known for the perfect grazing conditions and how cows can flourish in this state. In short, our Wisconsin cows produce some of the greatest milk leading to some of the country’s finest cheeses (over a quarter of the cheese made in America comes from Wisconsin).
When the business first opened about 14 years ago, Wisconsin was home to over 15,000 family dairy farms; that number has decreased to roughly 6,800 today with close to 1.3 million dairy cows. Wisconsin Cheese Masters developed a giveback program designed to promote the consumption of the finest quality cheeses, while donating a portion back to Wisconsin Farmers.
So what do you get when you adopt a cow? You will get two shipments that include six different cheeses. Overall, it includes six… Yes, six pounds of cheese! And it’s not just any cheese, it is some of Wisconsin’s finest. Not only will you be able to gift yourself with the beloved dairy state’s best, but you will also be buying enough cheese to keep a single Wisconsin cow milking for one day! Are you interested?
