![Ben Peterson grew up on his family dairy farm: Four Cubs Farm, which was homesteaded in 1877. As a fifth generation of the family, he is carrying on the tradition today, with a new bonus business to compliment it. He and his wife started Brickfield Brewing, which ties into the family farm, with their ‘grain-to-glass’ concept. They grow their own barley and wheat, which is used in their brewing process.
