Terry Beckman got his start in the dairy industry as a welder manufacturing dairy and cheesemaking equipment. As he worked his way up at Stoelting Company,, he was able to learn the business and eventually move into a service position. He eventually retired from the company and started a business refurbishing curd knives for cheese companies.
Dairy Fab LLC was able to create a niche in the industry. Right now, they seem to be the only ones that do this kind of work exclusively. In recent years the business has expanded, and Beckman included members of his family to grow the business. With no plans of slowing down, the business is projecting continued growth.
