Join us as we head up north and off-road in Douglas and Sawyer Counties! With extensive trail systems connecting everything in between, these vast expanses of Northwoods can be explored all year round! Winter or summer – Wheels or Skis – you can get out there and start creating your own tales from the trails!
With roughly 400 miles of groomed trails to maintain over winter, learn about the very first funded trail-grooming-truck in the state of Wisconsin, a unique invention that brings an important part of snowmobiling more into a modern era. It took over a year for this local coalition of volunteers to build, test and get the machinery approved, now producing some of the most beloved trail systems in the north.
