Today we pause to honor and remember David — a visionary, a friend, and a foundational part of our story. We are deeply saddened by his passing. As a co-owner of St. Croix Rods and one of the original founders of Discover Wisconsin, David’s passion, leadership, and heart helped shape not just a show, but a family. His work touched millions, and his legacy lives on through the stories, relationships, and community he helped build.
David was incredibly close to the Rose family, and the Schluter family has always held a special place in their hearts. His impact will be felt for generations. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and everyone at St. Croix Rods. Rest in peace, David. 🤍
