So often, we start the New Year with big resolutions when it comes to our health and fitness. “I’m going to lose 50 pounds.” “I’m going to run seven days a week.” “I’m done with all carbs.” While it is great to have wellness goals, it is important to keep in mind what is realistic and sustainable over the course of 12 months.
