In a lot of ways, these budding little berries aren’t unlike hopeful UW-Madison students: growing, blossoming and Badger-red to the core. Come time for harvest – and graduation – you’ll see these buds become incredible seas of red.
Did you know that nearly two-thirds of the nation’s cranberries are harvested right here in Wisconsin? Just the same, two-thirds of undergraduate, in-state applicants are admitted to UW-Madison.
