Pickin’ in the Park

Mount Pleasant is bringing the acoustic rhythms of bluegrass music to Campus Park, with a new summer concert event called Pickin’ in the Park. This free celebration features four bluegrass bands with artists who have made crowds dance to stand-up bass rhythms from North Carolina to Madison, including a little place in between called the Grand Ole Opry. Food Trucks will be on site with hot eats, and Racine Founders Rotary will be serving cold drinks.

Grab your favorite chair or cozy blanket and find a spot on the Great Lawn in front of the bandshell. See you there!
