Downtown comes to life with dazzling holiday window displays, carolers, and live music. Get in the holiday spirit with beautiful window displays. More than 25 shops will stay open late to give you more time to shop for your special someone. And these shops display art from local artists that you can purchase this day only. Enjoy holiday treats and special events for the children, including visits with Santa. And to top it off, there’s a trolley that visitors can enjoy, making the city look like a scene from a Hallmark Christmas movie.

From handmade to homemade to locally sourced and more, visit Beloit’s local shopping and restaurant scene in support of Small Business Saturday on Saturday, November 29th, 2025. Shop for all of those on your holiday list this season in celebration of businesses that represent the foundation of our community. Shop small not only on Small Business Saturday but throughout the holiday season and all year long.

The Grand Lighted Holiday Parade offers an impressive schedule of events and attracts thousands of local community members and visitors alike. Live music, free hot chocolate, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and decorative floats are just a few of the entertainment highlights enjoyed by the gathering.

Bring the kids in their favorite costume for a parade and trick-or-treating with businesses and Farmers’ Market vendors. Meet at Horace White Park (College & Grand) at 9:45 am and pick up your map of participating businesses. Look for the orange flags at businesses and market vendors along the way to get some treats!

After the parade, stay for the party!

Live music & tree lighting, followed by a lighted parade and holiday festivities.

Sip, stroll, and shop your way through historic downtown Beloit! Taste a variety of wines at a multitude of venues! Registration includes a commemorative etched wine glass! VIP Tickets are also available. Limited tickets available. Must be 21+.
