The truth is, most of us are consuming much more sugar than we realize. This video explores how to help educate your children on how to identify and account for sugar in their foods. It compares sugar in natural and processed foods and encourages us to take a hands-on approach to see and understand the amount of sugar we consume. Most importantly, naturally occurring sugars often taste better and just as sweet as artificial sweeteners.
