Postcard from the Great River Road: Buffalo & Trempealeau County
Discover Wisconsin host, Eric Paulsen, returns for another adventure on the Great River Road! This time, he explores Trempealeau and Buffalo Counties. He begins the journey with a paddle and a hike in Perrot State Park. Then he heads up to Fountain City for lunch at the Golden Frog. He continues north on highway 35 to the charming town of Alma, where he visits Wings Over Alma and the Castlerock Museum. Eric spends the afternoon fishing on the Great Alma Fishing Float, then takes in one last view of the Mighty Mississippi at Buena Vista Park. It’s another epic adventure along the “Happiness Highway!”
