John Collins, former County Executive and a lakeside resident, will share his firsthand experiences of witnessing Kenosha’s transformation. Betsy Ade, former owner of the Kenosha Newspaper, will provide an impartial perspective on how this transition impacted both corporations and individuals throughout the city as the shoreline –shifted toward residential and public spaces.
