Mariah pays a visit to Sartori Cheese to speak with Jim Sartori, the current owner of the fourth-generation, family-owned and operated cheese company. Founded in 1939 by Jim’s grandfather, Paolo Sartori, the company Sartori Cheese reflects the deep-rooted family tradition and devotion to high-quality dairy that Wisconsin and Plymouth pride themselves on. One exciting event special to Plymouth that allows for walkable touring is the Cheese Capital Wine Walk (https://plymouthwisconsin.com/cheese-capital-wine-walk.php). An annual summer event, the Cheese Capital Wine Walk is perfect for both visitors and locals that share a love of wine, cheese, and friendly local businesses. During the event, 20 downtown Plymouth businesses become wine tasting rooms where visitors can spend time in each business and enjoy a wine sample, along with local cheese tastings and live music.
