As the distillery world in Wisconsin started to expand, people became more and more interested in starting their own. Thankfully, Jay and Hedi Retzer decided to take on the distilling process and create the beautiful distillery known as Ledgerock. Not only do they grow their own ingredients, but they also are family run. Their son, Bryce, is head distiller and everyone within the family pitches in to ensure the highest quality spirits.
