From the Hosts
Don’t just take it from us, take it from Discover Wisconsin hosts Andrea Boehlke, Apurba Banerjee, and Megan Christian, who discovered all the after-dark adventures in Lake Geneva.
Co-host Andrea Boehlke enthusiastically recounted her after-dark adventures:
“Filming in Lake Geneva was an absolute blast! I didn’t realize there was so much unique history mixed with fun things to do after dark! Lake Geneva is a place you need to keep coming back to since there are so many options for entertainment and dining. You can’t see it all in only one trip!”
Tag-teaming the adventure, Apurba Banerjee shared her excitement:
“Filming in Lake Geneva during the Cicada Double Brood event was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Trying a cicadalicious dessert made by Chef Ken Hnilo of Pier 290 was probably the craziest thing I’ve done on a DW shoot!”
Discover Wisconsin’s newest host Megan Christian reflected on her thrilling debut:
“This was my first time on set as a host, and I had an absolute blast! It was such a great experience getting to know everyone on the crew, and I loved the chance to dive deeper into all that Lake Geneva has to offer. One of the highlights—though you didn’t get to see it—was when Joe Diamond completely spooked me by reading my mind! It was equal parts amazing and a little eerie, making this day even more memorable.”
