So you’re a Wisconsin supper club fan, eh? Well did you know that Calumet County is the Supper Club Capital of the Midwest® and has 8 supper clubs to choose from? You betcha! If you don’t already know, a supper club is a traditional dining environment that includes a lot of delicious food, iconic drinks, and an experience like none other. We aren’t sure why there are so many supper clubs in Calumet County, but one theory, as Travel Calumet puts it, is because the region was settled by men and women who worked hard in the farm fields and needed a ‘night out’ at the end of the week. And our stomachs are thankful for the historic establishments they rooted in the area, because we would be amiss without this supper club mecca. Take a look at 8 of the most popular supper clubs in the area!
