    Dancing at Harry’s Place is a Friends of RiverFront program that offers free dance lessons that begin at 7 p.m., followed by open dancing that begins at 8 p.m. The lessons are held every other second and fourth Monday throughout June, July, and August.

    Love to dance, or just wish you could? Dancing at Harry’s Place is the spot to learn to Cha Cha, Waltz, Polka, and more with free lessons. When you’ve figured out the footwork, try out your new talent during open dance time. Come with or without a partner.

Attendees bring their own lawn chairs or blankets and relax under the stars while enjoying the region’s hottest bands! There are also several food truck vendors offering a variety of tasty treats, soft drinks, and beer for those of age.

    The concerts take place on the bank of the beautiful Rock River in Riverside Park and offer breathtaking views of the sunset.

    Riverside Park is dog-friendly, so you are welcome to bring your furry friend as long as you have him on a leash.

    The City of Beloit and Beloit Janesville Symphony Orchestra are proud to announce that Pops on the Rock, the annual patriotic concert and fireworks show, will return to Riverside Park for 2026! In honor of America 250, the City of Beloit has increased the budget for the fireworks to make the show extra-long this year only.     The event will start at 7 p.m.; the free concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. with the fireworks starting at dusk. The concert will be held at the Harry Moore Pavilion, 1160 Riverside Drive, in the park.
