Hometown Heroes: Swati Biswas, A Physiatrist
Striking a balance between your career and life can be hard but employees at Marshfield Clinic Health System seem to have it figured out. In this series, we will meet MCHS staff who live rich lives in and out of work and learn about the healthy balance that a career with MCHS can provide.
Today we meet a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physiatrist at Marshfield Clinic, Dr. Swati Biswas. At Marshfield Clinic Health System, Dr. Biswas works with patients’ physical and rehabilitation needs but she also continues to help her community outside of work. Dr. Biswas volunteers her time with United Way of Marathon County and Central Wisconsin’s Indian Society in addition to teaching Bollywood Dancing Classes. Her interest in helping and sharing Indian culture with others is an important part of Dr. Biswas’ life and her career choice has been a large part of reaching those life goals.
