Milwaukee has an abundance of stores, restaurants and attractions to choose from. Deciding between them all can be tough, but when it comes to Central Standard Craft Distillery- the choice is easy! Pat McQuillian and Evan Hughes founded the distillery together in 2014 as a side business. Once the community was able to taste and understand the speciality spirits and food the distillery has to offer, it became much more.
