The 1902 Rambler was a marvel of its time, featuring advanced design elements and a level of craftsmanship that set it apart from its competitors. This historic vehicle marked the beginning of Kenosha's journey into the automotive industry. In the 1990s, the winds of change swept through Kenosha as industries departed, leaving behind vast stretches of industrial land. John Collins, former County Executive and a lakeside resident, will share his firsthand experiences of witnessing Kenosha's transformation. He emphasizes how fossils provide invaluable insights into ancient life forms and how they help us learn from the past. <br /><br />Dan Joyce, the retired Executive Director at the Kenosha History Museum, who led the monumental dig that unearthed a mammoth skeleton in Kenosha County. Accompanied by Dan, we visit the very farm land where the remarkable discovery took place.
